Working in Durban?

What happens if my flight into King Shaka is delayed?

How will I find my driver?
Add the meet-and-greet name board when you book and your driver waits for you in the arrivals hall with a sign showing your name. Once a driver is assigned we send you their name and vehicle details, and you get an SMS with their number when they arrive, so you can call or WhatsApp them directly.
Do you go to Ballito and the North Coast?
Yes. Enter your hotel, resort or address as the drop-off and you get a fixed price for the route and vehicle. Add a return trip in the same booking if you need collecting for your flight home.
Our group arrives on different flights. Can you help?
Yes. Book each arrival as its own transfer so every flight is tracked, or send us the flight list on WhatsApp and we will plan the pickups and vehicles with you.
Do you provide child seats?
Child and booster seats can be requested when you book, subject to availability. South African law requires young children to travel in a suitable child seat, and you are welcome to bring your own.
Can my company book airport transfers on account?
Yes. Approved corporate and government clients book on account, add a purchase-order number to each trip and receive one invoice a month. Chumile is registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database.
