• What happens if my flight into PLZ is delayed?

  Add your flight number when you book. We keep an eye on your flight and adjust your pickup to when you actually land, and there is no extra charge for the delay.

• How will I find my driver?

  Add the meet-and-greet name board when you book and your driver waits for you in the arrivals hall with a sign showing your name. Once a driver is assigned we send you their name and vehicle details, and you get an SMS with their number when they arrive, so you can call or WhatsApp them directly.

• Can you take me from PLZ to Addo or Jeffreys Bay?

  Yes. Enter your lodge, hotel or address as the drop-off and you get a fixed price for the route and vehicle. You can add a return trip in the same booking, or ask us about a guided day in Addo or along the Garden Route.

• Can you carry surfboards, golf bags or extra luggage?

  Yes, as long as you tell us when you book. Each vehicle has a luggage limit, shown when you book, and a luggage trailer can be requested for surfboards, golf bags, bicycles or large groups.

• Do you provide child seats?

  Child and booster seats can be requested when you book, subject to availability. South African law requires young children to travel in a suitable child seat, and you are welcome to bring your own.

• Can my company book airport transfers on account?

  Yes. Approved corporate and government clients book on account, add a purchase-order number to each trip and receive one invoice a month. Chumile is registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database.
